All homes in Grande Pointe Meadows are designed and built by our 4 award winning builders. The entire process of selecting a lot and having a home built is done between you and one of the builders. Below is an example of how the process works:
Step 1 – Select a Builder:
Choose one of our award-winning builders to build your new home
Step 2 – Choose a Building Lot:
Select a lot that is either already reserved by your selected builder or they can purchase and available lot for you.
Step 3 – Enter into an Agreement:
Work with your chosen builder to design your home or choose from one of their many pre-approved plans. These plans have many custom options to suit your needs.
